To maintain a respectful and productive learning environment, all members are strictly prohibited from:

• Self-promotion, advertising personal services, or soliciting other members
• Sharing misinformation, false market claims, or unverified content
• Engaging in paid marketing or promoting third-party products without authorization
• Using offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful language
• Sharing content that violates intellectual property rights
• Impersonating any member, expert, or TradeWiz representative

Violations of community conduct standards will result in immediate removal from the community. No refunds will be issued for removal due to conduct violations.

TradeWiz, its founders, team members, and all affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from community participation, use of our platform, reliance on our educational content, or any action or inaction based on information obtained through our services.

This limitation of liability applies to all types of damages including financial losses, trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.

All educational content, trade analysis, strategies, video lessons, written material, and other resources provided by TradeWiz are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of TradeWiz.

• Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of any content without explicit written permission is strictly forbidden
• Screenshotting or recording community discussions for external distribution is prohibited
• Any reproduction of TradeWiz materials for commercial purposes without authorization will be pursued legally

TradeWiz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
