By proceeding with a payment to TradeWiz, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • • You have read and understood our terms and disclaimers.
  • • You are paying voluntarily for access to educational and informational content only.
  • • TradeWiz does not guarantee any specific financial results, performance, or profits.

2. Nature of Services

TradeWiz is a trading education and community platform, not a SEBI-registered advisory firm. We do not provide buy/sell recommendations, investment advice, portfolio management, or personalized financial consultation.

All shared trade ideas, charts, and insights are for educational and informational purposes only and are intended to help members learn market analysis techniques.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is completed:

  • • You will receive confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram (depending on your channel of access).
  • • Access to the community or content will be provided as promised.
  • • There will be no cancellations or reversals after payment confirmation.

4. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • • Accidental purchases or duplicate payments.
  • • Unused or partially used subscriptions.
  • • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content style or quality.
  • • Internet connectivity or device-related issues.

In the event of a technical issue from our side that prevents you from accessing purchased content, our team will make every reasonable effort to restore access promptly — but monetary refunds will not be provided.

5. Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions

If you suspect that an unauthorized payment has been made using your account or payment method, please contact us immediately at officialtradewiz@gmail.com. We will investigate the matter, but any claims for refunds related to unauthorized transactions must be taken up directly with your bank or payment provider.
